Can I put zero stars? Worst customer service ever, associate literally yelled at me when I was just asking for her to explain something to me. I asked to speak to her manager after she yelled at me and she said she was the assistant manager and that the manager was not in the building. At the end of the day they were unable to help me and were incredibly rude. If you have another option, it’s worth the extra drive to skip this one.

In general this DDS is quite good. Especially in comparison to how it use to be. However, Elizabeth Z. was so incredibly rude in how she communicated with us. My husband came to change his drivers license from a foreign one to a GA one. We had all the paperwork prepared so she processed us accordingly. However, she just did so with a sour face and unfriendly behavior which is just unnecessary. I would suggest asking Elizabeth Z. to reflect on how she treats people so that she can represent the DDS in a professional manner.

Wasn’t sure if I had crossed into another dimension or this was just how good the DDS staff was here. Customer service was some of the best I’ve ever seen, staff was friendly and very happy to help. I was done with my license renewal in 10 minutes. Best experience I’ve ever had at a DDS

The lady who’s receiving us at the gate is so rude and impatient and she abruptly said she can’t help. This is not v the first time the same thing happened even last time we came. She needs to have patience and behave well with customers who come in. Please change her she makes our life so miserable I must say the staffs who actually work on our case are really good and v have a good experience every time thanks to them but this lady at the door needs to be sent out

I accompanied someone here for a driver's test...interacted with 3 staff members. At the door...he was very nice, helpful and had a sense of humor. I was confused. Must be a fluke. Waited a few minutes for the window customer service...same experience. A helpful, patient gentleman with a sense of humor. What's going on? Isn't this the DDS? The butt of all jokes for poor and slow service? Represented as sloths in Zootopia? We interact with the 3rd employee, a woman who administered the test and was also very nice. I accompanied someone who recently came to America and who's English wasn't that strong. They treated him with respect. I witnessed the first employee going out of his way to help out someone who had an international license who wasn't familiar with the rules. Whoever manages this center...my hats off to you for having a wonderful group of caring public servants.

I moved from NJ to GA, and I need to get my new id. Without getting an appointment, I just walked in, and in 15 minutes, I renewed my license 😃 A very kind genttilman checked my necessary documents guide me what I have to do. I got my line ticket, and in seconds, my number called. And in 10 minutes, all done. Really got surprised that there was no waiting. Off course in weekday after 3pm can be the reason

I went there a month ago and my first time going there was not as bad as other times I’ve gone to other DDS. The lady that stood in front of the door helping me out was super nice , very reliable !! I had to reschedule for another day , I went back the other day and they were still super nice in the beginning once they called my number up I went up to this guy ( an Asian guy ) he was super rude , didn’t want to let me take my test , told the manager I was really late for my appointment, I had gotten to the DDS like 5 minutes late . The manager told me that I couldn’t take my test bc I was late and I got really bothered bc I drove all the way over there just to take my test . Another guy helped me out his name was ( Daryl) I TOTALLY RECOMMEND YALL GET HELP FROM THIS GUY !! He was super nice , and whenever I talked with him I felt better !! He was incredible..!

The officer who handled the cases has my highest rating of five stars. She really kind and competent. However, the woman at the front desk had a really negative attitude. Her attitude is ridiculous. She didn't realize that a lot of individuals from many ethnic and social backgrounds come to this government-run location. She will need to be patient in order to comprehend the consumer because their pronunciations would differ. She's restless. It's her responsibility to assist customers with their inquiries. Her job at the front desk was inappropriate if she lacked such patience frequently.
